Testimonials

It taught me how to respect myself and others in all aspects, like helping me realize that I can change.  I can pick myself up after I do something.  I can have feelings once again like I used to have, but before I came here I didn’t have anything.  That’s what the class can do.  It contributed so much to me by helping me see how I can actually change the world and how people can show me how to do that and I can show people how to do that too . . . leadership class really changes people - mind, body, and soul.
J.T., High School Student in Leadership Class

I can say without reservation that Dr. Metzger has become one of my most valued colleagues and mentors.  One  of the things that I have come to appreciate most about Dr. Metzger is her ability to help others discover their talents, cultivate those talents into strengths, and then empower them to utilize those talents and strengths for the benefit of the others.
R.S., Director of Research & Development

From initial research to actual implementation, working with Maure Ann on the teacher Mentoring project was an exceptional and enjoyable experience.  She continually demonstrated skills, communication, organization, planning and knowledge that turned a daunting task into a successful product that earned the support of staff at every level.
